Gazpacho Anyone?

Ok I have to say it. My DH is a great Chef and he makes the best Gazpacho in the world. Here is the recipe.
5 celery stalks, 5 garlic cloves, 2 medium onions, 3 red peppers, 3 cucumbers half peeled and seeded, 8 jalapenos, Juice of 2 limes, 2 tbls olive oil, 2 tbls horseradish, 1 tbls red wine vinegar, 92 oz of V8, 46 oz of Tomato Juice.
In a food processor blend garlic , horseradish, vinegar , olive oil and lime juice. Put aside.
Grate all the vegetables one by one separately. Now mix everything together along with V8 and tomato juice. Serve over toasted sour dough bread. Voila! Bon apetit !
